The villa is on one level with a terrace and covered veranda.

Inside a living room lit by two large openings towards the garden and the beach, organized with a spacious dining area and a living area with modular sofas. The kitchen is open and separates the living room from the sleeping area. It is installed on a raised floor, which allows you to never lose sight of the sea even while cooking. Induction hob and electric oven. At the back, a closed room with windows houses the pantry, refrigerator and microwave.

The exterior is the real living room of the house, with the garden separated from the beach by a low wall and a wooden gate and a large side dining area with a table for 8–10 people sheltered from the wind and sun thanks to the pergola and oleanders.

There are 3 bedrooms; the master bedroom, opening to the south towards the garden, has its own en suite bathroom with exclusive access. At the back of the house, there is another bedroom with a very spacious double bed and a third double bedroom with two single beds. Between these two rooms is the shared bathroom. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and mosquito nets.

Outside the house, we find the third bathroom, which is very useful during the day for coming and going from the beach. Closed toilet room, an external but private shower and a sink.
On the roof there is a splendid terrace from which it is possible to enjoy the wonderful sunset when the sun dives into the sea to the west.
